job.to_xml and job.to_json should not include sensitive job information

The Job model has a number of attributes that should not be included in job.to_xml or job.to_json.
We should only return the following Job attributes:
:id :title, :description, :company_name, :type, :location, :how_to_apply

I'm going to turn off xml and json for now, we can enable them in 0.3
