Add link to Jobs list from Show Job

It is not clear how to get from the show job page back to the main jobs list. To fix this we have 2 immediate options a.) Add a 'Back' link to the bottom of the page like in New Job form b.) Add a 'Back' link to the top of the page immediately to the left of the 'New Job' link
(a) is consistent with the edit page but (b) just feels right as the show is readonly and you wouldn't really expect a back button at the bottom of the page in what is more appropriate for a form that can submit.

A more consistent solution has been devised. We currently always have only 1 link at the top right of any page ('Post a Job Link'). It is proposed that this is changed to 'Return to jobs list' on the New/Show/Edit Job screens.
Advantages: * Like the 'Post a Job Link' the 'Return to jobs list' is a wordy English sentence so these links complement each other - user has a clear sense of where they're going * It makes sense in all scenarios - for example, using just the word 'Back' doesn't make sense on the Show job screen when you've arrived their after creating a job * It doesn't feel like this link competes with the 'Back' link on the New Job form
This is currently on the theirishpenguin/rubyjobs fork if you want to check it out. Please comment below if there are any issues with this navigation style or merge if you're happy with it.
In particular do people think we're better off just having the main logo link to return to the jobs list than this approach?

I like the 'return to jobs list' link on the new and edit pages. The user is already adding a new job, so the 'post a new job' link doesn't make sense there.
The job view page is different, I think that the 'post a new job' belongs at the top. I think a 'return to jobs list' link at the bottom of the job will work.
