Job status column

A job should have a status such as:
Live - visible on the main page and search Filled - we may display a list of filled jobs in the future Deleted - these will not be displayed but may be useful for statistics Spam - won't be visible but may be useful for spam filter in the future

Moving to 0.3 milestone as it is not needed for initial launch
