Remove user signup process

As job posters won't require accounts, we no longer need an account signup process.

We should remove any unused code and re-run the restful_authentication generator.

We may add this back in again in the future if required.

- State changed from “new” to “resolved”
I deleted and re-generated the restful_authentication framework. I also removed the user signup process as it isn't currently needed.
